"There was hair n places that showed the room had not been cleaned thoroughly. I have never been charged for internet for having more than 2 devices. I have never been expected to oay $400 to swim. They have age requirements for the hotel pool (21!) It’a been a month and I did not get my deposit back, even though we cleaned ourselves, and did not require staff."
