It was clean and it was near the boardwalk. I would have like it had more stuff like a microwave and closet to hang my clothes

Disgusting didn’t even sleep there so dangerous and dirty no parking except in there construction zone having stage 4 cancer no one should have to experience this!!!!

The room was not clean the blanket was dirty the bathroom mat in the tube was dirty no room service did you give up from one roll of toilet paper didn't even give us any more towels or wash call bad service all around I stayed here before 2year ago and it is nothing like this at all

Only thing that was good about this property was location. It was less than a block away from boardwalk. The outside was ran down . The door chain lock was hanging off wall so I had to put a chair to door for security reasons. Then the bathroom was horrible,it had cigarette burns all over counter and bathroom tub and shower was from the 1970s.

Only two towels and wash clothes the whole weekend. Asked for clean and the guy on duty couldn’t find clean and made me take dirty ones back. Tub was clogged, bathroom exhaust fan broken bathroom got soaked every shower! No sockets to plug anything into besides one in room that worked and one in bathroom which ended up getting phone wet when I realized exhaust fan didn’t work. Do not stay there! Bed felt like I was sleeping on box spring I’m very skinny and have bruised hips on my sleeping side. Worst then the dirtiest and cheapest hotel I’ve ever been to. bro

The room is actually in better shape than it appears from the outside, but this hotel still has a long way to go before I’d stay here again — even for a one-night stay, which was the length of my visit this time. Several basic issues made the stay frustrating: * The room doors either didn’t work properly or kept getting stuck. * Only one outlet in the room worked. * The bedside lights didn’t function. * There was no trash can or trash bag in the room. On top of that, there was a $10 parking fee that felt unnecessary, especially since nothing was provided to show proof of payment for parking.

the room had graffiti on the walls, full of bugs and the microwave was missing. staff was super friendly and access to the beach was just steps away, had a hard time eating because the microwave that was suppose to be in there was not. Staff told us most of the people live there. Spent way more on food than intended,

Hotel has the potential to be the best . Right on the water best location . Bathroom had mold, hair disgusting . Its sad people get hire and do a cleaning like that . A lot of people doing drugs i felt unsafe . Will not come back.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. My family and I were given extremely poor and unacceptable rooms. When we asked for a refund, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the Bangladeshi man at the reception desk called the police on us simply because we were asking for our refund. We showed him our chats and communications with the Expedia associate to prove that we were actively trying to resolve the issue through Expedia. He refused to acknowledge any of it and kept insisting that Expedia needed to call him directly. The problem was that the phone number he provided was unreachable. Despite this, he continued to deny the communications and refused to cooperate with Expedia or us. The situation became even more disturbing when he brought in a Mexican man who, in our experience, threatened and intimidated us. We genuinely felt threatened and unsafe. Instead of helping resolve a legitimate complaint, they escalated the situation and involved the police. I also contacted Expedia for assistance, but unfortunately they were unable to resolve the situation. They tried to communicate with the property, but the staff member continued denying the communications and what had happened. This entire experience was extremely stressful and frightening for me and my family. We were simply asking for a refund because we were unhappy with the room and wanted the matter resolved.
