For the price we paid. I think it was okay. They have a great location and parking was easy. The people who works at the front desk were very nice and gave us some ideas for dinning and activities around the area.

The location is excellent. The staff.. some were super helpful and others rude. I had informed the property of my severe allergicness to fragrance, and they did not inform me that they use heavy fragrances throughout the building. They did limit fragrance in my room, but obviously from cleaning it prior times there was still lingering fragrance which gave me dizziness and headaches and will now require me to spend the next week airing out all my stuff in the sun to try to get rid of it. We were constantly killing ants in our room and at one point the ceiling leaked water onto a pile of electronics while we were out and the owner tried to tell me that the ceiling couldn’t possibly leak despite clear evidence of water intrusion in the ceiling (bubbling) and never followed up on the issue. Luckily most of the stuff is under a folder and turned out to be OK but it could’ve destroyed a brand new laptop. Finally because of my allergy to fragrance, they told me I would have brand new sheets, and every sheet, pillowcase, and towel provided was stained in some way. The shower curtain liner had black mold all along the bottom, the dishes were dirty. My kid dropped a couple crumbs on the floor when I wiped it up. The paper towel was black. I couldnt wait to get out of there.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchenette was nice to have. It’s still a small room. It was me, husband and 2 kids, 7 and 13. We got the room with one queen and the pullout sofa so we could have a little more room when the sofa bed was folded up. The bed was OK but the sheets were awful and pilled up. They definitely need to invest in better quality sheets and bedding. Staff friendly and location is great.

Ive been coming to the Crossings for years. The recpetion, beautiful girl with the glasses, was very very friendly and had a GREAT smile. The rooms was veey CLEAN and roomy. Perfect for me and ny son. What i loved is that wawa and acme ate literally next to crossings. Also the beach is 4 blocks away along with a mino golf.coursez ice cream place, a hoyt store which we got our kite and food places to. Everything is around you. I dont mind driving to the boardwalk. At night time , the corssing is so peaceful and quiet. Oh yea we also went to the pool and everyone is so FRIENDLY. I will be coming in more years to comem.

It looks good when we check on the website everything looks perfect. But when we got into the place it’s looks clean but it’s not. The bathroom was disgusting hairs on the walls pee on the bottom of the toilet the sheets were dirty got bad smell. When I look at the website I was very happy with the place but after this experience for sure I never return to this place. And last thing the persons who did the service left an envelope for the tip$$$. How they expecting a tip if they don’t do a good service. Im sorry but very disappointed

It was individually owned Condos. Some rented out. I didn’t know this. The unit looked nothing like the ad on Expedia. It was filthy and old. I took pictures and sent to management. They informed me if the rentals some owners just rent for investment. I would suggest removing them from Expedia as false advertisement. We couldn’t use the air because of the dirt in the unit. I have a lung condition. My Granddaughter was with me and she didn’t want to leave. I did!😡

First time at The Crossings. Kelly the property manager and Jeff were so nice and accommodating. We were able to stay on the premises after check out and they had restrooms for changing in the lobby. Beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the how you purchase beach passes from the hotel and get your money back upon return is such a great idea. Would definitely be back!!

The staff at this property were friendly and helpful, front desk staff, the manager, cleaning staff, every interaction I had was a pleasant one. Rooms were clean and had refrigerator and microwave which was convenient. Property was a good walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk. Parking was always available. My only real complaint was the bathroom is very small and cramped but it was clean and everything worked.
