"I booked a double queen bed room for two people, however I got a pull out bed without bed-set and woke up with heavy back pain. The bed set was requested by me and it was delivered to a different room. Eventually I got it at 10:30pm. The toilet seat was flipped out and I almost fell off. There was no space for sitting in the breakfast room. Even though, the staff told us we received presidential quality room when I complained during checking out. It was the worst experience ever. I hope one day...

"Great hotel!!! The staff were very helpful. The rooms were absolutely lovely and big and CLEAN!!!!!! Breakfast was great and plentiful. Definitely will stay there again. My son has move to the area and when we a hotel room this will be our go to place."

"I stayed at this hotel in the past and it was fine. This time, however, we noticed the shower was in poor condition and the overall cleanliness was disappointing."

"I think the room could have been a little bit cleaner. There was a smell to it - like a leftover curri smell that I could have done without. The blinds were ripped and the shower could have been cleaner and better water pressure. We were here for one night for a local competition. It was nice to have the indoor pool for the kids and the breakfast was convenient. Lots of restaurants and stores within a few minutes so that was helpful."

"No breakfast… i was told my reservation didn’t allow a breakfast since went thru a third party agent I was almost charged for overnight parking until I insisted I wasn’t going sign-in then they waved parking fee"

"Outside was nice inside was messy the floors were not vacuumed. The trash was very stinking and not cleaned. Had to ask for everything no cups plates pots were not in room. Ask three times for a glass insert for the microwave, never received it still missing. Hallways needed vacuuming. Stove had black something on it that stuck on pots had to scrub them."

"Beautiful and charming B&B, lots of care in the details like cohesive design of the shared living spaces to feel both curated and cozy at the same time. Some features are due to be updated, ie the commercial carpet in the bedroom; however, it was clean and bright, beautiful grounds and landscaping, parking on-site and friendly and helpful staff."

"Elevator wasn't working with a massive event. We couldn't park and getting up or down from the room was a 10-15 minute endeavor. The staff while friendly had no idea where anything in town was. Yes we have phones now but it would be nice for concierge to be concierge. The lobby is beautiful, the restaurant was nice, but rooms are tiny, you hear everything, and someone was smoking on the 4th floor which really added to the experience."

"An average hotel but FANTASTIC staff. Staff were extremely helpful daily, and helped meet special requests during my stay that made the stay a true 10/10. The 5th floor away from the elevator was nice and quiet except one loud neighbor but only on one morning- not the hotel's fault. Amazing staff, great stay, spacious rooms, good water pressure.
