"We had an excellent stay here. The staff is so kind and friendly. We received room upgrade which made it an extra nice stay. The AC works well, the bed if comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the view from the balcony was lovely! We would stay here again! It is on top of a hill, and not an insignificant one so keep that in mind when booking. They also have a free parking lot!"

"We loved being right on the beach, and the area wasn’t busy which was lovely. At night, the noise levels were very high as the road is right there and it sounded like our windows were open when they would drive past. "You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright,spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly. I would also like to mention the new water park. The variety of slides appeals to all ages and the splash pad is excellent for smaller guests. Overall we had a fantastic stay."
