"The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious for the Marquette area. It was very reasonably priced as well. We did have a some issues with controlling the heat, but the staff was very helpful in addressing it. They also offered extra blankets. No major frills & a little dated in decor, but our room was clean & smelled wonderful, like lavender - the whole hotel was very clean, continental breakfast was amazing and the on-site hot tub was giant, very hot and relaxing after a day of hiking in the snow. "We booked two nights at Explorer Munising, and after reading some of the reviews, it made me a little worried of how our stay would end. But this place is absolutely AMAZING!
