"Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons pu obtenir un stationnement sur place à 15Euros/jour. Par contre, il manquait les serviettes à notre chambre. Quelqu'un est rapidement venu les apporter suite à notre appel. Le plancher n'était pas très propre à certains endroits. Je crois qu'il serait utile d'envisager l'ajout un rideau ou d'un mur de verre givré dans les chambres familiales pour séparer l'espace douche du restant de la chambre et préserver l'intimité. Nous avions vu ce design et avions quand même réservé la chambre, car l'information était bien détaillée. Par contre, j'avoue que l'expérience n'était pas très agréable et qu'un moyen pourrait facilement être réfléchi pour améliorer celle-ci. L'hôtel est très récent et bien situé. Nous avons pu tout faire à distance de marches. Il est aussi dommage que le petit déjeuner soit payant alors que la formule club est disponible aux autres moments. L'hôtel est moderne, confortable et aussi bien insonorisé."

"L’immeuble est d’origine ce qui fait son charme. Mais je ne crois pas que c’est un 5 étoiles. Le déjeuner pour deux personnes a coûté €30 et le lait pour le café c’était du lait condensé. Le lavabo de la salle de bain sentait les vieux égouts."

"Brilliantly quirky hotel in the beautiful town of Troyes. Feels like stepping back in time with the beautiful ornate furniture and original features. Our superior room was lovely 4 poster bed and recently refurbished bathroom. A lovely stay and very helpful staff. Great parkign even for our large car and trailer whilst inbetween camping stops. Thanks so much to the staff"

"Great location for exploring the city (easy to find near the Cathedral). Lovely rooms although no small sink in the separate toilets. Staff very helpful although in the bar often stretched due to demands. Lovely breakfast (you can order eggs) but surprisingly only bar snacks in the evening. Would stay again as we didn’t get time to try the spa."
