"The hotel overall is very nice. Of course there are some dings and scrapes in a few places. Ourrroom was quite spacious. It seems like there was a but of wasted space actually. There was a Keurig machine in the room with complimentary bottles of water. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure was very good. We were on the 2nd floor and only had a view of the gravel covered roof of the lobby level. Check in and check out were both quick and easy. Overall a great stay. We'll most likely stay here again on our next trip to Philly. "

"The location of this property is PERFECT if you like being within steps of cool restaurants, quaint coffee houses, shopping and all the sights. The hotel felt like a sanctuary from the moment I walked through the doors. Check-in was a breeze. Priced so reasonably I upgraded myself to a suite. It was larger than expected and impeccably clean. Even my room service order arrived sooner than promised and was not only perfect (hot) temperature, but the most tasty dishes I’ve had from a room service in years. All staff were friendly and efficient, especially the doorman Phil, the lady bartender and my housekeeper. Checkout was also fast, no unexpected charges and all credits had been applied. Five stars all around and I will certainly return soon. "

"Low on tp, Kleenex and ran out of shower gel, so housekeeping may not have stocked our room. However, we used the bar soap and it did the job. This is a good review; we had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and comfy, and it wasn’t too loud. Every employee we came across was accommodating, taking the initiative to ask us what we needed. Loved the touches like lemonade in the lobby. It was a special few nights in Philly, and we arrived tired after both working the weekend. Vicky at check-in treated us like VIPs. She made our visit better and started things off on such a positive note. Thank you!"

"Made a quick run up to Philadelphia with my wife to celebrate the life of a family member lost to cancer and it fell on the same day as our anniversary. Kimpton had a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries waiting for us along with a card congratulating us on 13 wonderful years. Whether booking direct or through another platform, they’re always spot on. "
