"King suite was nice. Bed was great- nice linens. Breakfast ends early during the week0900. Would be nice if it went to 9:30 at least. Pool was small and I didn’t use it due to kids. Breakfast was good. Chobani yogurt and other good choices."

"The suite was perfect for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable. There was a refrigerator for food. The coffee was great. The price was great- Given that I arrived at 12:30 am it was great that all I had to do was punch in the code. I would definitely stay again"

"Overall the stay was ok. If In had brought my children, we would have not checked in. Checked in—smelled of weed upon walking in. Hallways smelled of pet pee. Pool was closed. Outside many homeless people (they did not bother anyone) but as a single female traveler it wasn’t the most comfortable at night. Rooms clean."

"Everything was great at Lang House! The room had everything we needed—comfy bed, nice bathroom, bottles of water, and some fresh cookies to greet us each day. Great location—a few downhill blocks to Church St and a few more to the Waterfront. Breakfast was very good and a nice start to the day. Hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is still quite new, so everything is in great shape (although our sink drain was dripping, maintenance fixed it promptly). Comfortable beds, nice breakfast options for a reasonable price, good fitness room. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"This is a brand-new hotel, super clean, the room we stayed in was huge and well-equipped; full-size bath products, great bed, high quality linens etc. There is a free covered garage and a decent complementary breakfast (coffee, tea, juices, cereals, yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs). There are several nice restaurants and cafes nearby. This was our stop on the way to Montreal, and we're glad we found this place."

"I didn’t know the property is totally in construction. From outside the building, to entering. Like new furniture, pictures, chairs etc. They are changing brands. The room however was updated and new. Walkable to the water and dinner. Staff were nice. I just wished it said it was under construction prior to booking."

"We stayed for 3 nights and this was our first trip to Vermont. The location was very good and there was plenty of parking space. We expected some warm continental breakfast but only donuts and coffee&teas. The room was enough space and easy to access but little old and it was little bit smelly. We enjoyed warm swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Anyway we enjoyed our staying in Burlington and want to come back again in autumn or in winter again. But I may stay in other hotels next time even pay little...
