"I picked this place due to its proximity and it looked like a cute boutique hotel. I understand that many of the newer hotels are taking an eco-friendly approach in regards to the design of the rooms. While I found the storage under the bed useful, my partner could not access his side due to the fact that the bed was so close to the wall and that he can't get up and down quite as easily. The shower curtain that separates the bed area from the shower was a bit off putting but not that bad once you try it. It is very much like a dorm room."

"The front desk would not give us bottles of water because our Hyatt Status was not high enough. Offered to sell us water from the "H Mart" for $5 a bottle. It's a shame to lose a customer over a .25 bottle of purified water. We won't be going back. Housekeeping was unreliable."

"Front desk staff very helpful cleaning staff not soo helpful didnt speak english... room was ok (talking about the beds) just dirty, filthy, room wasnt vacuumed bathroom floor was dirty like not swept , we had spiderwebs , toilet was not working, ceiling was leaking. Breakfast was ok and kitchen was clean but over all the whole hotel was filthy WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!"

"My stay at the Fairmont was so wonderful that I didnt want to leave. The room was impeccable, the hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff could'nt be more helpful and nice. Loved it. Ill be back."

"Not everything in Texas is bigger. The rooms are small. No lobby. 8th floor lounge was closed with events, patio closed. Location was close to state building. but the walk required walking past homeless zombi drug addicts. I would stay closer to the river or the other side of the river."
