"Great place to stay. Friendly staff and owners. Everything was clean and beautiful and very homie. Plenty of amenities. The food was excellent and it was great having a Keurig in our room with cream and sweeteners and sugar. The air-conditioning worked great."

Very impressed with the super prompt and helpful text communications with the hotel. And loved the Jura machine with coffee beans locally sourced via ATX’s own Texas Coffee Traders!"

"A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! "

"Es un lugar ideal si vas con familia y traes carro por qué tiene un refri grande y espacio para almacenar cosas de comida, la habitación es grande tranquila sin ruidos cómoda y muy limpia está en un zona de puras casas pero cerca de lugares ricos de comida y en carro todo a 9 - 15 minutos para conocer Austin caminar en los mejores lugares "

"We paid an amenity fee and there was no parking- as advertised and we didn’t even use the pool? Staff didn’t seem to care bc we booked with a “3rd party”"

"The rooms were tiny and sterile. Felt like being in a sterile hotel room in Europe. The toilet is in the shower. Now I get the difference between The Thompson and Tommie....it was "fine", but for the price point I would definitely stay somewhere with more character and charm. "

"Property was great! I’m definitely coming back. My only complaint is the elevator is shared with the staff and their laundry carts."

"Food at the bar was average. Staff was fantastic. The room never cooled off, but by the time we made it and it was too late to do anything about it. The common areas to enjoy were extremely nice, but I don’t know that I would go back to this location for the cost. The one in San Antonio I enjoyed much more."

"Great little hotel, almost ruined by the elevator banging night and day, echoing in my room. The nearby club noise didn't bother us at all. It was the clanging elevator."
