The staff was great. At the desk, they were courteous, helpful and efficient. The drivers for the shuttle were great, as well. They were friendly, helpful and handled Austin's traffic with, seeming, ease. My room was nice, spacious and very clean. Their cleaning staff does their job very well. All in all, I had a nice stay. My thanks to the staff for making it that way.

The hotel and room look nice. You can tell it was renovated and it's actually a super old rundown hotel. For some reason the renovations skipped the elevator. It looked scary and run down. The shuttle was a disappointment. We ended up getting an uber because according to the front desk guy the driver is "always 15-20 minutes late and there's nothing we can do about it".

Property and rooms need a Serious Renovation. Room key cards barely worked. Stains on the carpet. You can definitely hear activities coming from other rooms. The light outside the entrance did not work. Pool was closed and looked like it needed a good cleaning. Parkimg wasn't a problem. Was ok enough for an overnight sleep but won't be staying here in the future.
