"Location is good, surrounded by lots of cafes, yet quiet and not crowded. The room is spacious - including the bathroom, which has everything we need PLUS a very comfortable bed. Special mention on the staff - Charlie, who checked us in and out, super helpful. Kader - the concierge who helped us with our bag storage was also humorous and friendly.

"We absolutely loved this hotel.Modern and stylish room with large windows. The room was excellent - great size, big bathroom with bright lighting, very clean and comfortable beds . Big plus was large balcony with a beautiful view. The staff was extremely helpful. Would come back any time we’re in Brussels.

"I had a wonderful stay at Le Châtelain. The hotel combines elegance with comfort offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, close enough to explore the city easily, yet it’s tucked away in a quiet area that makes it feel like a retreat. The staff are attentive and professional and the room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Overall it was a brilliant experience and I would happily stay here again."
"Parfait ! Hôtel très bien situé, dans un quartier très sympa avec plein d’options de bars, restaurants … tout en ayant des chambres très calmes ! Juste dommage on ne m’a pas prévenu que les boissons chaudes étaient gratuites et qu’une machine était disponible à chaque étage, je l’ai découvert par moi même au bout de 2 jours 😅 sinon tout était parfait
