Outstanding boutique hotel experience. Spa was crowded when we went at 5 but was empty when we went the following day at 2pm where we had it to ourselves. Front desk staff was excellent

Easily the best hotel we stayed at in Portugal this summer. Staff was very attentive and the room was great. The pool area is small but cute and the restaurant’s tasting menu was amazing. Location you can’t beat - right in the center of town and very walkable. We will come back for sure!

The hotel was lovely. Well appointed rooms, beautiful public spaces and the location was perfect. Excellent breakfast included. The spa was a great way to pamper ourselves after a long day of sightseeing and a lot of walking. The staff was so helpful in recommending things to do during our too short stay. Would highly recommend staying here during your visit to beautiful Aveiro.

This was a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, attentive service and located within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. The assistance we received with parking our car was very appreciated and started off our stay in the perfect way. Beds were comfortable and rooms were luxurious. Would love to return and stay longer.

The hotel staff were very helpful and offered recommendations and made restaurant reservations for us. The spa was lovely and I had a great massage. The gal didn't speak English and I don't speak Portuguese (sorry!), but we made it work. The hotel breakfast was soooo good. The property overall was very nice and it is steps away from restaurants and shopping, but very quiet.

Excellent service, nice touches like your slippers set out next to your bed on turn down, little munchable treats for bedtime. Amenities included down by the spa at no extra charge- 2 saunas , rainforest shower and the indoor pool. An incredible breakfast included, one of the coolest two pools out there! The floor of the outdoor pool is glass so you are looking down on the indoor pool.

This is five star service and amenities as they used to be. Staff gracious and attentive. Room super comfortable. Spa and pool simple and beautiful Location ideal central but quiet. Dangerously copious and delicious breakfasts. A couple of things to fix. I wd have liked a work desk and chair. And The pool stair needs a rail or ramp. There is a dangerous ly low shelf in the bathroom sink But congratulations. A wonderful place with staff creating a quietly and unintrusively friendly atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing, highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived and in every step of our stay we had a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable and helpful staff, beautiful hotel, looks like brand new still has great historic features and character. The hotel has great amenities like pool and spa. Very unique. We would love to go back and stay longer. Room was so comfortable and spacious. The washrooms are so clean and all the required items were provided and were thought of. The customer service was amazing. I can only say anything else that in other hotels stress you, this hotel doesnt have it. The management was great. They provided a welcome letter and note and amazing pastry as welcome note. We still think about our stay and remember our great memory there

Air Conditioning in the rooms did not work for two days. Hotel did not offer a room discount, but acknowledged they had technical difficulties. The property is beautiful otherwise, but this price point they should have offered a discount. We had two rooms and both were affected.

Poolside seating in the indoor pool was very comfortable. Not sure about the one outside. Hotel is very well located close to everything and very good options for dining. That is no parking available unless you pay $25 a day at the hotel and they will offer valet parking. Overall very nice experience.
