The front desk manager sent my husband and my daughter into the worst part of Baltimore when he asked where he could get sandwiches for tailgating at the Morgan Wallen concert. Being from Massachusetts and never visiting Baltimore before we had no idea about the area. My husband and daughter’s safety was at serious risk. The Manager seemed interested...

"We've stayed at Ulysses several times over the years. For the first time we experienced a room without central AC. Our room had a small window unit that was not nearly adequate to keep the room cool during the 100º weather. Sleep was difficult. In the future, in the heat of the summer, I may plan to stay elsewhere."

"There was no staff when we checked in but kudus to the valet Isaiah who was able to check us in!!! He was great and should work as a front staff!"

"The setting is beautiful and the area gorgeous. The room was large and very cozy and pretty with historical architecture. A few strange things were- we paid over $300 per night and were provided only two towels and no robes. The social hour was nice but not provided on Friday night. No concierge on site."
