Le personnel a été infecte lors de l'arrivée, hyper désagréable, et une réceptionniste agressive! La qualité de la chambre est médiocre, le matelas était horrible, je me suis levée avec un mal de dos attroce, et pour bien commencer la journée (ironique) pas d'eau chaude, je me suis douchée à l'eau froide!!!! En terme d'insonorisation, la catastrophe, on entend la conversation dans la chambre voisine... Sincèrement très contrariée d'avoir donné 54 euros pour se reveiller avec le dos en compote, avoir été dérangé par le bruit et avoir pris une douche froide alors que dehors il fait 5 degré. Arnaque garantie !!!!

Hôtel en plein centre donc bien situé. Pour le prix, il est vrai qu'il faut pas être trop difficile et accepter les WC sanibroyeur, une petite chambre avec une seule prise de courant et surtout le peu d'intimité de la salle de bain/WC avec sa porte saloon.

La chambre était au cinquième étage à côté de l'ascenseur la fenêtre ne se fermait pas bien on entendait le bruit extérieur plus vibrations de l'ascenseur on se cogne au coin des lit lit la porte battante dangereuse elle se referme sur vos mains et le petit déjeuner était léger

Un séjours mais pas deux

Personnel agreable et serviable par contre l'hôtel laisse a desirer. Electricité non au normes, fils dénudées par terre en contact avec la moquette... têtes de lits seulement posées au sol, non fixées ni au mur ni au lit ... propriété a revoir, très poussiéreux, draps pas tres propres, sous les taies les oreillers sont jaunes et tâchés. Pas de double vitrage, chambres non insonorisées, on a pu entendre tout ce qu'à fait notre voisin de chambre toute la soirée.. coté salle de bain pas de possibilité de prendre de bain, eau a peine tiède et avec un debit tres tres faible. C'est dommage, hôtel avec un haut potentiel malheureusement beaucoup de travaux sont a prévoir et surtout nécessaires !

Hôtel très ancien, les chambres ont besoin d'un sacré coup de neuf mais bon...ça a son charme. Dommage qu'il y ait encore des fumeurs qui passent dans les chambres, c'est un véritable calvaire pour se débarrasser de l'odeur de cigarette. Accueil, service et petit déjeuner très correcte pour un prix raisonnable donc au final si on enlève le problème odeur de cigarette séjour agréable

Hôtel bien situé et accueil sympathique. Porte battante pour le coin wc / douche et insonorisation pour le bruit venant de l'extérieur à revoir pour un sejour confortable.

Grande déception.

Revêtement de sol extrêmement taché.Chambre exigue.Salle d'eau miniature avec wc intégré et une porte western en guise de fermeture. Une seule prise électrique sans protection dessus.Literie très moyenne. Seul point positif ; le chauffage et l'accueil des réceptionnistes. Chambre 52 au 5ème étage à éviter!

Bon rapport qualite prix, litterie bonne mais sanitaires usagés d'un autre age. Chambre familiale, trosi douches courtes et le dernier n'avait plus d'eau chaude.Ideal pour une nuit pas plus. Perosnnel sympathique.
