"This hotel is excellent, we really enjoyed our time here…very comfortable beds and great amenities Improvements that could be made - heat the spa pool…it’s freezing The coffee isn’t great at breakfast and only 2 of the 7 days was our order taken correctly. A minor detail however did stick out. The rest was great"

"We loved our stay at this boutique hotel. The roof top pool is absolutely fabulous and the staff is even better! Everyone was so helpful! Breakfast was delicious too! It’s a bit off the best path and we loved that. They were still making some upgrades, so it will get even better soon. We would absolutely stay there again."

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed, and both the breakfast buffet and dinners were absolutely delicious. "Napa Jay is unfortunenaly not made for families, beginning with the check-in there was no room for corrections. We traveled as three people including a little baby, we arrived and the room was prepared with three single beds. In the evening there was then no possibilty to change that. At the next morning the Miss on the reception offered then to change, that was very kind. But we changed the hotel after two days because the vibe and the condition of the hotel is not good anymore. It is a shame that the fridge in the room is not replenished daily like other 5 star hotels. The AI cocktails are awful as they use lemon squash instead of freshly squeezed lemons or limes.
