"The hotel lived up to our expectations and was ideal as a centre from which to tour that part of France. The one small drawback was that it was a little out of the centre of Azay-le-Rideau to which it took a good 15 minutes to walk."

"The staff always make this hotel a welcoming stay. We enjoy the friendly atmosphere, attention, and recognition. We would recommend the restaurant which has excellent food with a selection of starters, mains and sweets and with a specials board too. And, of course, a wide selection of beverages including local wine. The rooms are clean, comfy and functional but basic, ideal for a stop over. We come here many times on our journey through."
