"Ipaid for a deluxe room. The hotel assigned me a room that was without any heat source. NH Hotel would not change my room. On Friday night a group of rowdy young adults were also assigned rooms in my room vicinity. A totally terrible experience."

When I asked for help with my case in checkout I was told ‘we don’t have a bell service’. A technician kindly helped me."
