"This place was such a great start to my Bali trip. The property is beautiful, serene and quiet. The staff was more than welcoming and took care of every need or request. The food was good and the room was very clean. I had a really great massage at the spa and felt very comfortable. The location is away from the city center (5-10minutes), so you will need to get a car or bike to get to the beach or shops. 10/10 experience, thank you Kalapa!!"

"The house is a reasonable size for a big family. The staffs are very helpful. But the location is really something that the guests better to rent a car for a better movement. Especially that the online taxis are not allowed to come to this area, and also can be difficult to find at night time."

"Unable to contact host at check-in, we waited for more than an hour outside the villa. Despite informing that we would be arriving at 9pm, host was nowhere to be found and despite calling multiple times we were unable to get in touch with the reception. Villa condition seemed alright but rooms were extremely dusty and bedsheets had not been changed prior to our visit - dead insects and stains on sheets. Very poor and would not recommend."

"Beautiful resort, huge pool with a swim up bar & lots of lounges. If you can extend the budget to a room with balcony & bath overlooking the pool then do that. Staff all super friendly & very attentive. Will definitely stay again."
