A lovely place with a tropical forest feel. Good average-sized swimming pool and we were given an upgrade as a mother/daughter combo and they couldn’t supply twin beds (requested) so they put in a softish older bed next to the lovely King Bed with a sheet but no duvet. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at The Elysian. We stayed in a one bedroom villa which offer plenty of space for the two of us and of course our own pool which was a perfect spot to cool down during the day. The hotel offers a a welcome sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. It's an incredibly peaceful and serene place, but is close enough to the best of Seminyak night life so for us offered the best of both in terms of location and facilities.

Absolutely amazing place -- so much more than expected. Staff were extremely friendly and service was second to none (bringing breakfast to the room etc, and it was delicious). The villa was huge, as was the pool, and absolutely beautifully done. nothing quite like waking up with a pool at the end of your bed in the sunshine ! The hotel's shuttle/free taxi to Sanur was great, available whenever needed and unlike some hotels it ran until 11pm giving plenty of time to have dinner and drinks out.

Amazing hotel and lovely experience from arrival to departure. Everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. Great food, from the sumptuous breakfasts to the decadent evening barbecues. Rooms are spacious and comfortable (we had the family suite, which includes two separate rooms with shared living area). Staff are attentive and helpful. Restaurants are of a high quality - and priced accordingly. Alternative dining options close by provide good variety. Would definitely stay again.
