"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. "So here's the deal. The cost is reasonable, the location is good, but the property is clearly positioned as pay-by-hour establishment. The staff were nice and kind, with good coffee available in the morning. Some of my teammates had minor room issues (e.g. water leaking from around the ceiling mounted shower head), but overall not too upset with the accommodation. "

"1.Not good for business travellers as there is no desk in the room; 2. Room temp is not changable (Central A/C). One will need to wear a jacket in thw room 3. Most staff don't speak English 4. The hotel is very new and very clean"
