"Amazing stay!"

"The pool and hot tub were both closed our entire stay with no notice before we arrived. Also the entire Hotel's streaming capabilities were not working during our entire stay. Really disappointing"

"The hotel was exceptional and the condition was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and were extremely friendly. The location of the resort was perfect and having the shuttle bus to Beaver Creek ski area as well as Vail was great and saved me a lot of money on taxis. The restaurant was amazing and the food was delicious. Overall my experience at the resort was a memorable one and I will definitely return to stay at the Westin Riverfront"

"We use this property to make sure our field employees have a place to stay when they’re working in Vail. They like it and it’s comfortable. And the breakfast seems to be pretty good. Unfortunately the front desk lost one of the names on the reservation, we had a little bit of a kerfuffle trying to get one team checked in."

"Easy acces to ski area. Staff was professional and competant. Live music and dinning in lounge made for enjoyable easy going atmosphere. Family friendly without specifically catering to children. Area in general made for a quiet nook in a resort location. Accomidations were generous in space and comfortable for lounging/sleeping/in-room dining. "

"The room was so clean and everything smelled so good. I kept burying my face in the bed linens because it smelled amazing and was so comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Just hard boiled eggs and chobani yogurt with granola and blueberries. Coffee was good however they didn’t have real sugar out? Just stevia which is the most Vail thing I can think of. Think skinny. "reached there eaely, requested if possible anearly check in, the lady at the front desk lacked communication, Andrey saved the day for her. Room was good but there was a spider in the coffee maker"

"The breakfast was amazing with great choices for dairy free. I loved the oatmeal bar. The views were spectacular. The shower was immaculate and high end. The shuttle service was a great addition. "

"We had a lovely stay! Hotel was wonderful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the amenities. We got some late season snow which made it more magical. Loved how walkable it was to the village. We ate at Bully Ranch and Ludwig’s and had delicious meals. We would love to come back"

"Clean rooms, bed had a curve in it...needs new mattress, water pressure was weak, nice TV, nice heating/cooling, fridge and kuerig was nice...didnt think staff was that attentive .. very chatty whilr i stould waitng to checkout"
