"The rooms general appearance was quite ok but after settling in and taking a seat at the table. I found my seat was wet plus the floor was also the carpet was wet due to leaking air conditioning. No bath mat. Plus a hole in the wall plaster between the between the beds.
The beds were clean and very comfortable.
The outside of the property is in very poor condition and requires renovation. Location to city centre was ideal. "
