"Thank you for a wonderful restful stay in Rockport Mass. The staff was very helpful and Marshall was very good to us. The parking was a plus and within walking distance of the village. "We only stayed one night, but we were obsessed! The property was gorgeous and the rooms were so cute, clean, and the beds were cozy. We were disappointed we didn’t have more time and discussed booking it again for a whole weekend! It was dif type of check in than I was used to, but went so smoothly. Having a room with a keypad was extremely convenient too! We loved it!"

"Lovely room in a historic house downtown Rockport. Close to the headlands, shops, restaurants, beaches, and theater. Friendly professional staff, clean rooms beautifully decorated, quiet & relaxing. On site parking made the visit completely stress free. Will be back soon !"

"Pool was pretty chilly. Ants in the room. Very little light in room. Breakfast was bagels or hard boiled eggs. Leak in breakfast room with bucket catching drips. Lobby was beautiful as was the pool room."

"We loved our place at the Long Beach Suites! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly want including a washer and dryer. It is so close to the beach! We loved sitting in the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. I didn’t realize I needed to checked messages through Expedia in order to check in. Once I figured that out, it was pretty easy. And the text messages were super helpful. Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back!"

"The display is for a nice and remarkable hotel however they add the name motor lodge to the room for which you are accommodated in a separate entity not related to the hotel in the pictures which is a terrible, cheap and smelly cabinet. At first sight I thought it was like an indoor garage for cars next to the hotel. I found this confusing and deceiving and I believe these properties should be separated on the website. It was a very disappointing experience."

"We booked the pent house suite (room 444) while we were in town for a wedding. This suite is great for a family of 4-5! There’s a kitchenette with a living room area with a sectional couch, a small table with seating for 4 and a little balcony with chairs. The bathroom was large with a jacuzzi tub and full shower/tub. King size bed and full size bed in a separate bedroom as well as a cot of extra bedding was needed. Only drawback was the spiral stairs to get to this top floor were very narrow....

"Room was spotless ,building is well maintained though it is a very old building . They have off street parking ,neighborhood is safe and in the mornings they have in house breakfast ."
