"The resort really lived up to their name as their concierge is literally 24/7. We had a late check-in around midnight and they were able to accommodate us. It has a nice view and is very well maintained. I also like that they have their own little restaurant and the price is just right compared to the neighboring restos that are often overpriced. It is also very close to the whale shark viewing location. "

Staff is super friendly and helpful. One of the waitresses at the restaurant even asked about food allergies, which is rare. They have motorbike rental on-site, which is extremely convenient."
