Værelset var ikke rengjort ordentligt og der var virkelig lydt så man kunne høre de andre gæster snakke på deres værelser, når man sad inde på sit eget værelse. Jeg var glad for at det kun var to overnatninger vi havde

Wär einfach mag ist hier richtig. Wär Einschränkungen hat beim gehen ist hier mehr als falsch , viele Löcher im Teer, die Stufen draußen schief und wackelig. Alles ziemlich alt und abgenutzt. Für 3 Sterne ziemlich einfach . Beim Frühstück ebenfalls einfach und sehr langsames auffüllen, da nur eine Person für alles . Garten Nutzung nur bis 15 Uhr möglich und das wo der Garten das beste am ganzen Hotel ist .

Prinsesseslottet, der blev til hekseslottet Harzen

Utrolig svær at bedømme .. På den ene side en fantastisk flot, gammel bygning, men den betonklods, hvor vi boede var SÅ fæl. Der var utrolig lydt, så når en dør blev smækket for enden af gangen, kunne vi høre det i den anden ende. Bestikket til morgenbordet var ikke rent og i det hele taget lidt nusset over det hele. Vi skulle bare overnatte en enkelt nat, så vi kunne sagtens holde det ud. I øvrigt en fin park med et smukt lysthus og typiske små, tyske slap-af møbler nede ved søen. Dog trængte det hele til en kærlig hånd … Det kunne blive SÅ godt. Virkede fint med nøglen i en boks og endda et velkomstbrev på dansk;-)

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Das Zimmer und Bett war sauber. Es gab alles was man braucht und der Preis war super. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes, aber man hat sich für den Tag schonmal etwas stärken können.

Äußerlich sieht das Gebäude, jedenfalls der Anbau, etwas abschreckend aus. Die Zimmer waren aber gut und sehr sauber. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück, das Corona bedingt serviert wurde, war hervorragend. Der Service beim Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und von der Grösse und Einrichtung angenehm. Auch das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen. Leider funktionierte der Aufzug nicht, wir mussten trotz unseres Alters (75 und 79) die Koffer selbst in die 1. Etage tragen.
