It was great

Knowing only a few words of Spanish was of no hindrance to our stay at this perfectly located hotel in Badajoz. For instance, the reception staff helped us order taxis and transitioned seamlessly between Spanish and fluent English, for which we were most grateful. Having said that, all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, initiating polite salutations in both languages as they recognised our Spanish language limitations. the location is excellent, walkable everywhere, the staff are very helpful, and the breakfast is good. the rooms have everything and not too small,

I was staying overnight on a road trip to Portugal. The hotel was clean, modern rooms were fantastic great value for money. If you need a place to stay over I can't recommend enough would definitely use it again.

Excellent stay. First time myself and our toddler had a night away without mum. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay.

Clean room. Nice very helpful staff

This has been the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Understated luxury and comfort. Little touches like a carton of milk and mineral water and delightful toiletries. Fabulous hosts and excellent location. Our train for Seville didn’t leave until 3.30 pm but they were happy to store our bags and even our lunch in a fridge for us. This is the kind of service you really appreciate when travelling.

Good simple breakfast.

The staff I met were all very friendly. It was truly pet friendly and the breakfast was excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again on route to Portugal.

Clean room, friendly staff, good location, great breakfast, lovely Spa facilities

Great location, friendly and attentive staff. Vending machines (snacks/drinks) at property that saved us as we arrived quite late. Good value for money.

Everything was perfect!

We stayed in this hotel for one night. It’s right in the heart of the wine region and we visited a vineyard before arriving for the night. Easy to park in the underground car park but there’s also plenty of parking on the street. Super easy check-in and offered drink as we arrived which was nice. The hotel has an indoor pool and some Thermo circuit spas which were great to relax in the afternoon and morning. Lovely breakfast with a good choice, including eggs Benedict. The bedroom was nicely...
