There is a slight walk for tram and metro stops but even with for a baby and two large suitcases it wasn't too bad. Hotel staff are very friendly and we're very accommodating with our late arrival and we were able to leave our luggage at reception on check out as we had a late departure. Room was clean and travel cot provided was sufficient for our needs. "

"Vienna is an easy city to get around so I didn't need to be right in the centre; the location was perfect to get to the conference at the University and elsewhere. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly."

"Clean, comfortable, small kitchen. Modern and neat. Nice location next to central railway station. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. It was fine though, perhaps I just worry too much. Nice place, all...
