Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. I particularly liked the efficient and silent air conditioning in the room. Quality of the mattress and bedding is outstanding as well. The spa area was beautiful and equipped with several saunas, steam room and pools. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Loveley property , parking was in an underground carpark 500m up the street due to work going on at the hotel , restaurant was amazing , never used the pool or spa area but looked gorgeous

We stayed here for a quick 38 hour business trip. The first 20 hours I had no water in my room. I couldn’t even flush the toilet. After this we went down to the pool where the only thing what was working was the indoor pool. Upon checkout someone from a different room with my surname had somehow charged drinks to my room. Daniel there security guard on nights then went and collect two of the biggest blokes in the place to try and intimidate me into paying a bill that wasn’t mine. The computer screen clearly showed a different room number. After finally getting hold of the bar manager he confirmed that the drinks were not mine and the bill was changed although still being intimidated by three blokes all stood around me and my colleague. Such a shame the place has huge potential to be an amazing hotel but unfortunately not there yet.

Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist groß und lecker. Im Poolbereich fanden wir, waren zu wenig Liegen. Zudem fehlt im Spabereich Beschriftungen. Informationen zu den Saunen etc. fehlt und die Umkleide ließ sich nicht abschließen. In unserem Zimmer lagen noch die gebrauchten Flaschen des Vormieters und am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer gar nicht sauber gemacht. Vieles scheint nur schnell fertig renoviert worden zu sein, da manches nicht richtig installiert ist. Duschschläuche sind undicht, Toilettenpapierhalter fallen auseinander und am Pool schauen aus der Decke noch Kabel. Das Hotel möchte wohl mit den anderen Hotels in der Stadt mitspielen, muss aber da dann noch an sich arbeiten.

Rien à redire sur cet hôtel remarquable. Emplacement idéal, à proximité de la vieille ville et du casino. Chambre "signature" raffinée. Insonorisation au top. Climatisation appréciée pendant la canicule. Dommage que la piscine extérieure n'était pas accessible, mais la piscine intérieure a bien rafraîchi. Petit-déjeuner extraordinaire, bon et beau.

Ein ganz besonderes Hotel. Unglaublich stilvoll renoviert, durchgängig freundliches und professionelles Personal. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und das Frühstück mit hausgemachten Törtchen, frischem Obst und Gemüse, Eierspeisen... ist kaum zu toppen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.
