I would highly recommend this hotel. You are right in the center of the old town, it’s very walkable. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Lovely breakfast. I would definitely come back and recommend to others.

The newly renovated hotel was beautiful, and quiet. The whole stay from check-in to check out was an elevated experience.. We enjoyed the expansive spa with its multiple saunas, soaking pool, steam room and treatments, and returned several times during our stay. The rooms were comfortable, well appointed and spacious. Their rooftop bar at sunset was great, fun vibes and what a magnificent view. We hope to be able to return here again in the future and enjoy all the amenities offered at this fine establishment.

Five stars! We celebrated our anniversary here and had an incredible time. The entire hotel is immaculate and beautiful. The daily breakfast was amazing, featuring fresh food and plenty of options. The location is perfect too, situated right in Old Town with easy access to restaurants and shopping. We will absolutely be returning!

Beautiful interior design throughout both the rooms and the hotel truly sets this place apart. Overpriced for what it is. We were given a wheel chair suitable room, which I would assume is perfectly adequate for someone less able. However, felt a bit strange to be allocated this when it was rather obvious the hotel wasn’t at capacity. Parking options are self or valet, with a secure parking garage opposite the hotel. The price however isn’t acceptable. We were charged €40 on check out for a single night of parking. Only noticed when we went to load the car that the machine in the car park states a maximum of €30… not impressed they add on €10 for literally nothing. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to query this with the staff as we had to continue our travels. Hotel staff are very friendly, and the roof bar was really nice but the rooms themselves let the hotel down, air con unit is rubbish doesn’t work properly, coffee machine didn’t work and lights come on in the middle of the night if your going to toilet which is nice but not for your partner and also they will come on when your duvet moves. I wouldn’t recommend staying here not worth the money.

Our stay was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. We were kindly upgraded to a suite which made our stay extra special. The space was generous with enough closet storage and a beautifully designed living room area that we all enjoyed in the evenings, it quickly became our movie night spot and kept our little one happily busy. The room was incredibly well thought out down to the smallest details. From the floor heating in the bathroom to the perfectly balanced lighting and seamless technology, everything felt intuitive, modern, and luxurious. You can truly feel the level of care that went into the design. Including the goodie bags with nappies, lotion, slippers and robe for my toddler. The hotel’s location is perfect. Baden-Baden is absolutely magical at this time of year. We’ve visited several major cities during the festive season, but the Christmas decorations here are on another level, elegant, charming, and unforgettable. Staying in a beautiful hotel right in the heart of it all made the experience even more special. Breakfast was exceptional with an impressive selection and even oysters. The service was excellent, the staff were helpful and genuinely welcoming. As a detail lover, I was delighted to see fine bone china Villeroy & Boch dining sets which perfectly reflect the hotel’s high standards. I truly wish I had planned to stay longer here but I will definitely return! Do not hesitate to book, the price point for a stay of this standard is unbeatable.

A true gem

Gorgeous hotel, the design is cohesive throughout, lovely art, comfortable and beautiful at the same time. So many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Well located, staff is super friendly and professional at the same time. The spa is wonderful, drinks in the lobby bar perfection. Towels were huge and soft. Robes super soft and comfy. Ok the only thing I can fault is the pillow cases were not soft..oddly scratchy but that’s really sounding spoiled now isn’t it?

Es sieht alles wunderschön aus aber es roch muffig im Zimmer. Und da war ein flacher schwarzer Käfer mit ca 8mm Grösse im Bett welchen ich nachts sah und ich bin mir nicht sicher ob es nicht eine Wanze war? Das Frühstück war wieder super gut und das Personal super nett und das Abendessen ganz wunderbar. Auch das Personal war sehr bemüht und sehr höflich.
