"All went well. My only critique is we had no idea how to get into the house upon arrival, or find the specific house. We were in a foreign country and this was our first house. Having an email sent saying "When you arrive the house looks like this and here is where to find it" would have helped. Also a note saying how to get into the house (We called the owner which took a long time to figure out how to do in a foreign country) and was told house was unlocked and key was inside. "The Pinnacle Suite was amazing! Our kids had their own space and so did we! It has a cozy, modern update that makes it feel like home. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant next door had a great dinner with extremely friendly staff (this was a great perk since most food places were closed mid October). The view from the room was also amazing!"

"Modern, clean and very well run. Lovely views from the front (once the rain stopped…) Bed was a little tired and the walls were thin enough to hear the TV in the room next door. The guest directly above my room dragged their chair over the solid wood floor several times, which was irritating, but hardly the hotel’s fault. Good value though, which coming from a Yorkshireman, is high praise…"

"Great location right in Portree. Good food in the restaurant and there are many other restaurants within walking distance. Our room was right at the front of the hotel and there was some noise in the square but it did not bother us and I am a very light sleeper. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. Travelled with family. Room accommodated 3 adults with room to spare. "
