"A lovely stay just outside Bath The hotel looks stunning from the outside, especially in the evening when the façade and grounds are beautifully lit up. A real plus is the layout: the guest rooms are situated in a separate building away from the main bar and dining area, which meant our stay was peaceful and free from pub noise. Our room was surprisingly spacious, bright, and well equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable visit. The location worked out brilliantly for us as well....

"The place is very dated, could do with a little TLC. There is no lift to the upper rooms, had it stated this on the website, I would not have booked. Having mobility problems, but not enough to have an accessable room, it was difficult with the stairs and luggage, however the receptionist did offer help.
