"Rent men svært dårlig forfatning på rommet. Betalte for håndklær og fikk 1 håndkle per person som skulle vare i 5 døgn.
Greit innhold på kjøkken.
Dårlige pute- anbefaler å ta med egen.

"The hotel is located in a quiet, picturesque location. The reception staff is very friendly. However, the hotel itself is far from new. The carpet, furniture, and everything in the hotel are quite worn. My biggest complaint was the room cleaning policy, which requires you to vacuum and mop the floors, dust everywhere, and clean the kitchen and bathroom upon check-out, otherwise you risk losing part of your deposit. I would prefer the cleaning fee to be included in the room price by default."

"Es la segunda vez que vuelvo, todo estupendo, habitación muy limpia, personal excelente a la hora de la entrada, (me facilitó la entrada cuando ya estaba cerrada recepción) en general todo muy bien como siempre y calidad precio genial.
Lo único que no me ha gustado es con respecto al servicio de lavadora al lado de recepción, pues había mucha suciedad en la parte de fuera del bombo de la lavadora, no lo pude utilizar, la verdad que todo este genial y ésto no le de la calidad de un servicio."

"Visited in summer. Arrived by bus. 5min walk from bus in centre of Font Romeu. 10min walk to small Carrefour and also to Telecabine. Lots of restaurants close. Reception lady was very helpful and spoke perfect English. Basic accommodation with bunk beds and sofa bed. Induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. Only bad part was smoking allowed on balconies which enters your room, if next door and you have the door open."

"Awful. I stayed at Apart-Hôtel Le Pic de l’Ours and had a very frustrating experience.
The hotel advertises WiFi, but in reality it only works in a small part of the building. As I was there for work, this made my stay unworkable. I contacted reception to explain I needed to leave early, but received no response. When I finally spoke to someone (reception is rarely staffed), a refund was refused despite the misleading information.
