As the hotel is a block away from a taxi stand, the staff can get you in a cab in 5 mins. "The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests with professional diligence. We also had a wonderful dinner at Mirabelle on property. Conveniently located within reasonable walking distance from the Colosseum, the Vatican, and Spanish Steps. Hotel Splendide was not just a place to stay, but a wonderful experience."

We flew in from Chicago, took an express train from the airport to Rome Termini, and easily walked with our baggage to the hotel. We were able to store our baggage there prior to occupying the room as we arrived several hours before check in time. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
