There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕"

"had paid for two higher-end rooms based on the photos and descriptions, but what we received was one twin room and one queen room, neither matched the sizes or standards I had reserved. "The property was clean and well in the center. I had a good time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Enes at the reception was exceptionally good and we also kept our luggage there while we explored the area. Had to find a taxi at Istanbul airport, the hotel wanted to reimburse me the additional costs or refund the never deleivered taxi service. Room smells uterly like rotten wastewater.
