"All the staff I encountered were warm and courteous. The property is tired and threadbare, and the carpeting is dirty. When I worked out barefoot in the room, my feet got really dirty. Teeny towels. They did refresh the room each day, which is a rarity these days. It was also one of the cheapest rooms in town for the weekend, so you get what you pay for. "

"Our flight in was delayed. Even though we had checked in online our corner suite was given away. We were given an ADA room instead, which was in disrepair. We were told it was the only room left, and that that their fault, but Hotels.com fault. I don’t really care whose fault it is, I’m the consumer who was left with a vastly different experience than I paid for. Lastly, in the essence of customer service I asked if it was possible to get a late check out. After being told multiple times over more than one day then the person I needed to ask wasn’t there, when they finally were they flatly and rudely said no, because they needed the room. Very disappointed to say the least, I would not stay here again. "

"We went off season. There are two buildings and has plenty of parking. The main building is on the boardwalk and offers free breakfast. The room was large and clean. My only complaint is that the hallway by our room needed a vacuum and wasn’t done the 4 days we were there. Also when the room was limited service cleaned, while we were there the cleaner forgot to take out the bathroom trash which was annoying."
