"Clean, modern hotel. Good location. Good value. However valets and bellboy completely ignored us. We pulled up at the front door where uniformed men standing around looked directly at us and walked off. We unloaded our suitcases ourselves and checked in. Concierge was nice and courteous during check in. We booked so we could shower and rest before departing to the airport (stayed 4 hours) and for 2 adults and 2 children we were given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Definitely has areas for...

"The residences itself was not bad but the check in experience was hell as they claimed they could not find my reservation n threatened to kick me out after checking me in!, despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue with Expedia. Address host told me the only way forward was to get Expedia to cancel the reservation and I pay them directly which I did but it took time to resolve. "-One-bedroom is huge, big windows throughout the entire living room with the view to the neighborhood and gets a lot of light during the day. -1.5 bathrooms, kitchen has enough equipment to cook, kettle & coffee machine, washing machine. Big and nice bedroom, bed, blankets and pillows are very comfortable. -Nice flat screen TV in the living room with some international channels. -Very nice and helpful front desk staff and appreciate the efforts to make our stays as present as possible....

"First apartment they gave me was extremely noisy because of constructon working just in front of the window ( impossible to sleep ). After complaining, the second day, they have given me another apartment, very spacious and of higher level. So I can say very nice staff ready to help."
