"Room was very clean, single bed however needs revamping from a cut up double bunk , struggled reaching the AC remote and only 2 cups and glasses for 3 people. Very helpful supplying us with cutlery for our meal. They are working on doing the property up. Traffic very noisy. Yes I would stay there again when needing to be at QCH."

"The room was comfortable and clean. Our car was covered in cigarette ash from someone dropping their ash out of a window from non smoking rooms."

"There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend."

"Tina was our hostess upon arrival. Exceptionally bubbly and helpful. The young lady we had upon checkout was equally as lovely. Very large, clean, comfortable room. Location is pretty good. Probably wouldn't consider it as "Southbank" as Google would suggest. But still walking distance to most things."

"Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next."
