"Everything was amazing. Staff was cooperative. View was fantastic. Rooms were clean. Restaurant was great. Very nice food. Only one draw back was Expedia did not mentioned in room description that there were 80 + steps to climb to go to family rooms. But staff helped us go up and down in golf cart which they said they do not do normally. I would come again for view and great service they provided. My therapeutical massage was cherry on top. Overall great experience. Relaxed and enjoyed this property."

"What a gorgeous property. Spa options are amazing. The wine and port tasting was top-notch. With only one night, we really did not get to experience all of it. I would recommend at least two. Coming in September or October during the winemaking season would be fantastic. The staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable and helpful"

"This place is stunning, simply put. They thought of everything - none of the details were missed. Hairdryer in room, spacious bathrooms and spotless rooms, lovely breakfast included. The views, flowers, sounds of birds and refreshing pool are what makes this a special place. Very close to train station in Regua, with lots of restaurants close by."

"Outstanding stay, thanks to an exceptional team We had a wonderful stay, and the staff is what made it truly memorable. From start to finish, the team went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Cecilia, in particular, was amazing. When we ran into an issue with a driver pickup, she stepped in and handled it with genuine care and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make things right, and it turned what could have been a frustrating moment into one of the best service experiences we've ever had at a hotel. If you stay here, you're in great hands. Thank you, Cecilia, and the entire team, for taking such good care of us. And the breakfasts were awesome too."

"This is by no measure a 5-star property, but a well used 4-star facility. The upkeep is not really up to par, with mold in the bathroom, bathroom doors peeling severly due to water damage, stained towels etc. The breakfast is fine, but, again, not up to 4-star standards (including 5-star hotels in Portugal). The common spaces like the dining room show extensive damage due to use (and lack of maintenance?) and there's peeling paint in the hallways. However, the staff were exceedingly friendly and the price we paid in mid-May (around 150 € per night) was right for a 4-star place."
