Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. Seven bikers arrived tired and hot. The staff could not have been more helpful, allowing us to quickly order a meal just before the kitchen closed down for the evening. The bar was also kept open which was very well received ! Breakfast was also a real treat. The rooms were very good, being clean, spacious and just what we wanted. I would definitely stay here again. A very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very clean and they made a real effort for my”speacil needs” breakfast. Disntbuse the spa but it looked fantastic. A well run hotel with real emphasis on customer service. The only negative thing was that the hotel was “closed” on arrival (12:30 am) and if there had not been a few people in the bar outside I am not sure how we would have got in.

Fantastic food and overall ambience

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Lamm, the 2 previous times it was as a couple this time I was a solo traveller. I had a single room and was pleasantly surprised (not having stayed in a single room before) the room had a fridge that came in handy, and a view of the valley from the balcony. The balcony had a seat so could chill out on. The restaurant was fully booked but as was a resident they found me a table, the food was lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very well kept and clean. Fabulous bar restaurant only 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. Would certainly love to use again.

Great Location and staff

Everything about the property, staff and service were great.

This hotel is stunning! We really enjoyed our stay albeit too short as we were only overnighting. The room was clean in bright colours with a view over the valley. The swimming pool and sun deck were ideal to enjoy the sunshine. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.
