"Understandably, the hallways were a mess due to construction. But I’m not sure I have ever seen such a sloppy work site. There appeared to be zero effort put into keeping things “tidy” while under construction. The entry door would not close and lock unless you put a lot of extra effort into it. I closed it a few times but it was always left open when I went though. Pretty sure the building was never secure over night. Along with that the deadbolt wouldn’t work in my room.
