"This place was great! Very clean, modern, convenient location. The staff was super nice and helpful! Had such a great time talking with them. They booked a restaurant for us, gave us extra souvenirs, Had air conditioning, which was great as it got a bit warm. The only strange thing was that our room looked out on a roof, and the birds were very noisy one night!"

The staff were very pleasant at check in and out, and the room is uniquely sized to fit an old building with gorgeous windows and all amenities needed for a night in the city. The cleaning staff we encountered were polite and helpful, and we had everything we needed. The parking across the street is useful and access to city sites and restaurants is fantastic. "Loved my room with jacuzzi bath, but there was no fridge in room. Breakfast was good but slow to recieved ordered products. The restaurant was also good for dinner. Could hear trains but wasn’t too bad. Bed was very comfortable easy walk to supermarket."

Breakfast ok except for large pile of rotting bananas every morning. Fire alarm went off briefly. Called reception, they said no issue. Went off again. Went down to reception where a few of us were told off for not vacating. Staff on desk did not seem to know what to do. No message or reassurances from staff when we went back to our rooms. "Good hotel in good location. Beside Buchanan Street bus station and close to both Glasgow Central and Queen Street rail stations. Staff were very friendly from check-in to departure. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast ok and recommend going early. Busy after 8:30."
