Also, a big thank you to Max and Angel at the pool — all of them were fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place! The food was great, the property was very clean, and the views were absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be returning !"

"I can't say enough about the staff. We had a personal concierge, Manny. He took amazing care of us, any questions we had were answered quickly, he helped with reservations, activity lists, anything we needed, he was right there for us. Santos, Lolo, Jose and so many others on the waitstaff were exceptional! The entertainment staff kept the momentum and excitement high. Our room was so clean, and the cleaning team did a great job throughout the entire resort."

"We booked a total of 4 suites to celebrate my bday but our request for suites closer to the beach were not considered. When checking in the check in clerk didn’t bother to even pretend that he was looking for options to our requests and told us right away that there was no availability, During our stay, we found out that the vacancy rate was over 20% and there was plenty of availability. The suites we got on the top level of the hotel had issues with lack of hot water and the hallways look unkept. We have been staying at this resort for over 20 years and never had this issue so it was an unpleasant surprise to be treated as if our requests were annoying and not important "

Major issues included: * No hot water in the room, requiring a room change * Other guests experiencing the same hot water issue * Ongoing construction and noise disruptions not disclosed in advance * Strong varnish/paint fumes from nearby maintenance work * Management promised to pause the work due to a pregnancy but did not follow through * Requested room arrangements (connecting rooms and ocean view) not provided * Main breakfast restaurant closed without prior notice We raised these concerns multiple times during the stay, but no meaningful resolution or compensation was offered. Overall, the services provided were materially different from what was represented at booking, especially considering the premium price point."
