"This was our second visit to Marquis in less than a year and it was even better than the first time. The staff are so friendly (shout outs to Adrianna and Anna) and make you feel so at home. The vibe at the place is terrific. It's not a party place. It's chill and always clean and well maintained. The food was also excellent. From the taco station by the pools to gourmet dinners, everything was terrific. Some resorts are bigger and have more bells and whistles, but Marquis is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation."

"This place is one of a kind. Service, amenities and food is excellent. Though tours and spa is extremely overpriced there is enough promotions that one can use to pay for them. We did have one hiccup though - we signed up for a tour to the city to do art walk, the day came … we waited in the lobby and 50 mins after our pick up time the concierge came to tell us that it is canceled. No one told us even though I made sure to check constantly even 3 hours before hand. They tried to make it up to us and paid for a taxi for us to go into town and offered us upgrade (1 year validity) but since we couldn’t promise to return in a year I didn’t find it that helpful (no flexibility to extend by even a month) …. I thought this was a bit distasteful even knowing we just become members during this trip ;( I hope they can exercise better flexibility for memebers when we just fished out tens of thousands of dollars… I hope to write to the manager and see what can be done. Other than this we were very pleased with our stay!"

"Beautiful resort. Staff is amazing the only dislike I have is there’s no ice machine at all we have to call room service for that which sometime took an half an hour and also we didn’t get to go on the patio due to mosquito ness.. which is out of the resort control so overall yes I give this a five experience was great"

"Hospitality was great. We had all-inclusive, and the food at this facility was top-notch. They had several restaurants that offered great dining options and beverages as well. The swimming pool as a delight. Will I visit this facility again? Definitely a YES. Only drawback is the manner they try to sell you hotel packages without coming out straightforward. I feel like the proposition is good, but the marketing approach isn’t great. My advice to travelers is, be assertive from the beginning of the conversation and let them know if you’re interested or not. Asides from this, we had so much fun. Our room had great views of the pool and the ocean. Great value for money."
