"The hotel is not yet fully finished. There are construction workers on-site during the day, several stairways are closed, and there is dust throughout the property; I would not recommend staying here if you have allergies. Cleanliness was also an issue. The shower was not clean and still had hair from the previous guest, and our towels were never changed during our stay. Rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear traffic all night. There is also no AC, making the rooms very hot in the afternoons and evenings. Furthermore, we were never informed about the ongoing construction, and we had to proactively request check-in and parking instructions. While parking is available, you have to "validate" your ticket at the front desk every single time you leave. Despite these significant downsides, the property itself is nice and offers a beautiful panoramic view for the bqq area."

"Awesome stay. Room was very clean and loved the balcony with all the plants overseeing the city. Also, nice touch will beautiful murals of local children who benefits from guests staying at the property. Location- Perfect. Walking distance from plenty off food options- try the Shucos from Shucos Los Mismos. Cool whiskey bar near by and conveniently a La Torre Supermarket for your grocery or personal hygiene needs. Gym/ Dumbbells up to 50lbs and a bench with some cardio machines. Enough for a good workout. Nice views of the city. Restaurant- didn’t try the food but nice ambience. "
