I advice everyone to book this hotel

.the hotel was quite tidy and clean. everything was serve on time the best thing is there is no noise in the hotel. The reception people were smiling and happy to serve you in a perfect way

Great Value and Decent Hotel

We got let down by another hotel a week before travelling and the Irshad was still available to take us in just before the F1 race weekend. It's got a lot of good points - the staff speak English (not always great but miles better than my Azerbaijani or Russian!) and are really helpful and friendly, it's got 24-hour access with a reception that is always staffed which was really useful. Breakfast might be basic for some people, but it was full of things I really like - olives, bread/toast, jams and eggs. Perfect for us. Our room was spacious and clean with good aircon and a nice walk-in shower. The only negative is that it's a little way away from the closest Metro station and Airport bus drop-off (both at 28th May), so the walk might be a little much for some - traffic is chaotic and the pavements are stepped and not always very flat. But taxis are cheap if you'd prefer not to walk. When we did walk (sometimes after midnight) it was safe to do so - we were never approached by anyone, and we never had an issue of any kind with safety inside the hotel. And directly outside is quite a nice park with a large monument. All-in-all it might not be everyone's first choice due to the location, but if you're looking for a good value hotel with decent facilities and helpful staff then this might be one to consider.

Tatil amaçlı eşimle birlikte bir seyahat düzenlemiştim. Türkiye otellerinin konforunun altında kalan bir oteldi. Çalışanların gülen yüzlü ve yardımsever olması çok güzeldi. Bunun için Rose, Vidaoli ve Elcan’a teşekkür etmek isterim. Otel konum olarak güzel, kahvaltı servisi yeterliydi. Otelde oda zeminleri ve banyo iç kalitesi zayıftı. Televizyonda Türk kanallarının olması güzeldi. Tekrar Bakü’ye gitmem durumunda, çalışanların sıcakkanlılığı nedeniyle yine Irshad Hotel’i tercih ediyor olacağım.

Good hotel centrally located and easy to find, breakfast was good with a wide variety of food on offer. Big rooms comfy bed. Staff spoke good English, Tural was very helpful .

Fair at the price.

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating but the hotel is badly in need of refurbishment. Tired decor, shabby furniture. At the price, it’s a fair deal, but don’t expect too much.
