Beautiful hotel in the heart of d-mall.

Overall this place is absolutely wonderful. Other than the HUGE pool, the service from everyone is just exceptional. Rooms are spacious and clean with nice bathroom. The breakfast is full of options. Quite expensive pool bar menu for the Philippines, in some cases more expensive than what you could find in a western country. Good food. But then again, they are a 5* hotel. Overall we had a great stay. Fantastic if you are exhausted and just want to chill out.

Our stay at Banana Bay was exceptional from check in to check out. I travelled with my wife and we were treated very well from the get go. Half way through our stay, the mess around COVID-19 began to unfold and we found it very difficult to get information around the situation and our travel plans. Staff were amazing and very accommodating , access to sister hotel is a big plus a it has a bigger pool and on the roof deck. The rooms are nice and big enough for 4 adults . Food is delicious and reasonably priced

Had a week here in early May. This resort is very nice, with 4 large pools there is enough room for everyone and its 100 meters through the hotel to the beach, very convenient. Staff are wonderful. From the front desk to the waitresses at breakfast, all were very welcoming and helpful.

Communication before arrival was excellent and we booked a transfer through them prior with ease. The hotels location is excellent with an easy 3 minute walk to the beach front and boracay strip. The staff throughout the whole stay couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. The breakfast had great options each morning and very good quality. This hotel is absolutely great, especially for the price. We had a lovely stay here, clean rooms, welcome drinks, great staff, pool bar and clean rooftop swimming pool. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and it’s very close to d mall and all the main restaurants!
