"There’s an inviting photo of a hot tub at advertisement, was so looking forward to it, no where to be found. It’s an expensive space that feels cold & uncared for, nicks and black scruff marks in bedroom, empty walls. Small shower without door brings cold air in as you wash, drain comes undone as you move around washing, it was packed with slimy hair, and there’s a window in the small bathroom that opens to the hallway, opposite the toilet, whether open or not, your toilet noise can be heard in...

"The bed and breakfast is located in a charming town near both the airport and the sea, making it easy to explore local shopping and dining options. The rooms and facilities are clean and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy parking. Easy to walk everywhere. Terrasole is owned by Filippo, who is assisted by two women with breakfast and housekeeping. All three staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Filippo enjoys baking, so breakfast is always a delightful experience. Everything he serves, from the pastries to the homemade preserves, is simply delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book a stay again in the future."

"This hotel and staff provides great modern facilities and excellent service. Room, restaurant and pool area all spotlessly clean, modern design, and well looked after. Easy to arrange car hire direct at hotel for good price, and airport transfers via hotel, far cheaper than airport taxi's too. Car hire recommended, as so many beautiful area's nearby, and taxi's/uber's expensive, and can be lengthy wait at peak times, ie evenings. Not that much 'walkable' distance. Castellammare del golfo marina (10 min short drive), stunning! And offers great selection of restaurants/bars with amazing views. Village of scopello defo worth a visit too."

"This was the first time visiting this area of Sicily. Let’s just say it surpassed my expectations. This hotel is literally across the street from the beach. The rooms are clean and comfy. I loved that they had a restaurant open most of the day with a great menu. I did not elect to get breakfast included because I’m not a breakfast person but they have that option. Instead I used their cafe for a cappuccino and pastry while looking at the beautiful ocean. The location is perfect for all of the restaurants and shops in town. I had a great experience."

"The views from the pool were beautiful and the pool was great. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and was delicious. It was an easy walk into the main part of town. No complaints, we would stay there again and will recommend it to friends. "

"A fantastic hotel! Great location on the sea front and a 5 minute walk into town. The hotel was lovely and clean, breakfast varied and comfortable beds, air con etc. Fab pool with jacuzzi and a great bar/cafe. The staff were outstanding - very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Isabelle and Daniella - they arranged some special trips for us and went over and above to make our stay so enjoyable. You can’t go wrong booking this hotel … & worth trying to get a room with a terrace!! Brilliant holiday "
