"I reserved a handicap accessible room! It was not! In Alpine I had to change rooms because it wasn’t accessible. In San Marcos the room is not accessible! I asked for accessible in all three reservations! I am really disappointed! Also in Alpine, our room was not cleaned two on three of our five days!"

I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit.
